This card isn’t just for Christmas. It’s been ethically handmade in England using 100 percent recycled, biodegradable materials and it’s absolutely packed with seeds.

The paper is milled in the UK and embedded with varieties of native British wildflowers, all chosen from the Royal Horticultural Society’s list of species that support bees, butterflies and other pollinators. Plant it and you’re basically hosting a tiny wildlife festival.

Once planted, the paper naturally composts away, leaving only flowers behind. You’ll get a splash of colour in the first year from annuals, followed by returning blooms in year two from the perennials.

Each card arrives with a recycled envelope made using post consumer waste, a recycled and planting instructions that double as a handy postage protector.

    All of our plantable products are best planted within 18 months. After that stage the paper can still be planted but the germination rates will start to decline. Please store in dry and cool conditions.
